An Investor knows from experience, possibly as a business person but definitely as a customer, what it is to give or get what is sometimes called World Class Service. It’s within the gift of people who are probably obsessive about detail, and fanatical about its delivery. Attention to detail is everything when it comes to service, and elevates your customer to a special place. When pitching your idea to an Investor remember to have something in your armoury about exceptional service provision, either in your start-up plan or ongoing business development. Service levels are more often than not the main differentiator between an average business or business person and an exceptional one. And it’s the exceptional ones that attract investment.
